informal letter

Dear Sufi,
     How are you?I hope that you and your family are in the pink of health.I am really sorry for the late reply.Actually I had receive your letter two days ago but I have no time to read and reply your letter.As you know,life as a university student is quite tough and sometimes I also do not have enough time for myself.Only today I am able to reply your letter.I am so sorry.

       After reading your letter,I feel so sorry towards you because of the things that happen in  your life.In your letter you had said that you want to die and you are so depress because of all the problem that you are facing right now.You also told me that you had nobody to turn on.But Sufi,I do not agree with what you are thinking right now.It is a ridiculous things to do.You should not think about it as it will only bring sadness towards your family.Never think that you are all alone in this world.

         Eventhough you told me that your family is ignoring you,but I do not think in the same way as you are.Maybe it is only you who think like that.There are no parents who does not love their own child Sufi.Maybe they are to busy and they do not have time to sit and have a little chat with you.I have gone through the same situation that you are going through right now.Sufi,there is always a solutions for all the problem that are facing right now.It just that we have to try and think the way to solve it.

           You must have faith in yourself Sufi.If you do not have faith in yourself,then you are not able to do anything.Please place faith in yourself then you know what is waiting for you.There are so many things that you have to face in your life.By committing a suicide would not resolve a problem.Besides,it will only adding problem in your life.

             If you are feeling depress,take a break.You should go for a vacation.Go to other country and explore new things.When you are traveling away from your problems,you will learn lots of new things.From that experience,it will help you more on how to manage your problem and how to handle your emotions.Traveling is a way to release your mind.You should not confine yourself when you are feeling depress.Do take a break and go out and try to make new friends.Maybe you can join a society or be a volunteer for a charity work and many more.

              This things will help you a lot.Never think that you are all alone.You still have me,your friend.You can talk to me,you can write to do or you even can call me.Anytime when you need me.I would always be by your side.I would not leave you all alone to face all the obstacle that you are having in your life.You still have me as your back up.Never,never,never fell that you are alone.

              I also have sit on the same situation as yours.But my situations are worst than you and I manage to get through it.I really hope that you also will get through it my dear friend.All that you is just moral supports from your family and your friends.Sometimes they do not even know that we are having big problems.So,it is our duty to let them know.From that,they will always be with through thick and thin of our life.

            So,Sufi,please think wisely before doing anything.Think of your beloveds one.What will happen to them if you take the easiest way such as committing a suicide to settle your problem.It is not worth it to sacrifice your life for a problem that can be solve.And the last word from me is never think that you are all alone.Take care of yourself Sufi.

  • it also boost immune system-this helps to keep disease away from us..
  • boost metabolism-in this way,green tea helps to clean bad cholestrol in our body by regulating our body to do various activity..
  • lower cholesterol  level-people who on diet should drink green tea as it helps to lower our cholesterol level plus it also allow us to lose weight in a healthy way..
  • also helps to avoid cancer and heart diseases because green tea burn the cholesterol in our body.. 
I agree with the post above because green tea helps to distance bad disease from us.Besides,green tea also help us to stay more healthy than before.


As the conclusion,we should not neglecting green tea.Green tea and its benefits are important in our life.If we want to run a diet o if we want to loss weight,we can drink green tea in despite of controlling our amount of food taken and controlling ourselves from eating the thing that we love the most which leads to unbalance diet.So,think wisely before you take any decision.. :)
