What is green tea?We only know green tea is a type of tea..But do we know that green tea have a lot of benefits for people who loves to drink it..Green tea is originated from China and is made solely from Camellia sinensis that undergone minimal oxidation during processing.Green tea is then have widespread throughout the world.And because of its benefit,green tea have become more popular.

Some benefits of green tea are:

  • detoxifies body-green tea helps to clean away toxin from our body and resulting on weight loss..
  • it also boost immune system-this helps to keep disease away from us..
  • boost metabolism-in this way,green tea helps to clean bad cholestrol in our body by regulating our body to do various activity..
  • lower cholesterol  level-people who on diet should drink green tea as it helps to lower our cholesterol level plus it also allow us to lose weight in a healthy way..
  • also helps to avoid cancer and heart diseases because green tea burn the cholesterol in our body.. 
I agree with the post above because green tea helps to distance bad disease from us.Besides,green tea also help us to stay more healthy than before.
